CẤP PHÁT HEO GIỐNG VÀ GÀ GIỐNG CHO ĐỒNG BÀO NÔNG THÔN Ngày 19-4-1966 Đại Tá Tỉnh Trưởng Gia-Định đã đến Xã Đông-Hưng-Tân, Quận Hóc-Môn chủ toạ lễ cấp phát 75 heo giống cho 75 gia-đình nông dân. Đây là đợt đầu trong số 900 heo giống mà Hội Đồng Xây Dựng Nông Thôn Tỉnh Gia Định trù liệu cấp phát trong năm 1966 cho các nông dân thích việc chăn nuôi. Ngày 26-4-1966, Ông Nguyễn-Thôn-Độ, Phó Tỉnh Trưởng Hành Chánh, Đại Diện Đại Tá Tỉnh Trưởng Gia-Định đã chủ toạ lễ cấp phát 500 gà giống trị giá 46.000 đồng cho 86 gia-đình nghèo tại Xã An-Phú-Đông, Quận Gò-Vấp. Nét mặt vui mừng của các thôn nữ khi nhận lãnh gà giống do Chính Quyền Tỉnh Gia-Định trao tặng. Mỗi con gà giống nặng từ 1 ký 200 đến 1 ký 500 và trị giá mỗi con 150 đồng. SP-1154
DISTRIBUTION OF BREEDING PIGS AND BREEDING CHICKENS TO RURAL COMPATRIOTS On 19-4-1966 the Colonel Province Chief of Gia-Dinh came to Dong-Hung-Tan village, Hoc-Mon district, to preside over the distribution of 75 breeding pigs to 75 farming families. This is the first batch of the 900 breeding pigs that the Gia-Dinh Province Rural Construction Council plans to distribute in 1966 to farmers who like raising livestock. On 26-4-1966, Mr. Nguyen-Thon-Do, Deputy Province Chief for Administration, representing the Colonel Province Chief of Gia-Dinh, presided over the distribution of 500 breeding chickens worth 46,000 dong to 86 poor families at An-Phu-Dong village, Go-Vap district. The joyful faces of the village girls as they receive breeding chickens presented by the Gia-Dinh Provincial Government. Each breeding chicken weighs from 1 kg 200 to 1 kg 500 and is worth 150 dong each. SP-1154
