EDUCATION Student enrollment increased from 330,000 to 1.75 million. Secondary schools increased from 133 to 449. Elementary schools increased from 1,189 to 4,635. More than 8,500 teachers have been trained. Vocational classes increased from 38 to 110 with 14,000 students enrolled. 14 million textbooks being provided. Universities have been expanded. 4
