Every minute counts, 1941 US poster: Long horizontal banner sheet

Every minute counts

Long horizontal banner sheet: the words 'EVERY MINUTE COUNTS' in large red capitals on white, flanked at each end by a blue panel with the U.S. eagle and stars in a white roundel. The technique is faint: a bare urgency slogan with state emblems, no scene or named claim.
