For peace and security, buy bonds
Treasury bond poster: three robed riders on camels follow a bright star toward a distant town under a night sky, with 'For Peace and Security' above and 'Buy Bonds' in a red panel below. Nativity imagery is carried over to the bond appeal (transfer), and 'peace and security' is an abstract, unquantified promise.
