A Vietnamese-language poster (code SP-937) arranges six photographs with captions: a sandbagged watchtower, a bulldozer rebuilding a road, rice distribution to villagers, men repairing a bridge, and U.S. servicemen giving medicine to children. The text says the U.S. Army helps the people resist the Communists and heal the wounds of a war caused by the Communists, and closes with a call to cooperate with the U.S. Army. The tell is the pairing of military and relief images under one headline, so that aid work carries the credit for the military presence.
