It's on the Order Book... Just a Problem of Delivery

Cartoon reprint: a shirtless worker banded 'American Workers' tends a ladle of 'Mechanized Warfare' in a foundry while a bearded figure holds up a 'History' ledger of victories with the day, month and year left blank. The tell is the blank ledger ending in 'Peace - with justice, and plenty of it!', which ties the worker's output to abstract goals.
