Keep it up: Buy United States War Bonds

Horizontal bond banner: a blue bomber silhouette with 'KEEP IT UP' lettered along its wing, trailing speed streaks, beside 'BUY UNITED STATES' in blue and 'WAR BONDS' in large red type. The technique is faint: the aircraft's motion is attached to the act of buying, a transfer from the war effort to the purchase.
