"毛主席第七次检阅文化革命大军" (Chairman Mao reviews the great army of the Cultural Revolution for the seventh time), woven silk picture
A black-and-white woven image of three men at a Tiananmen rostrum: Mao in the centre in a cap with a red star, raising a hand, with Zhou Enlai at left and Lin Biao at right each holding up a small red book. A vertical caption calls it Mao's 'seventh review' of the 'great army of the Cultural Revolution'. A press photograph is turned into a loom-made keepsake that keeps the leader at the centre of the frame, flanked by his two highest aides (transfer).
