No excuses! Watch your waste
Cartoon waste poster: a smiling sailor tips a tray of food into a garbage can and says 'My tapeworm's on a diet!!' under the headline 'No excuses!' and the line 'Watch Your Waste'. The humour of the comic sailor stands in for the argument; the technique is faint and the poster relies on an everyday figure.
