Our home front 'Task Force!' Like soldiers... on the job at dawn! On time... all the time
Drawn workers in caps with V badges walk toward smoking factory stacks at dawn, a woman and other workers behind them, under 'Our home front Task Force!' and 'On time... all the time'. The tell is the military comparison: the headline likens factory workers to soldiers to ask for punctual attendance.
