Own a share in America: Buy defense savings bonds and stamps here
Counter or window display card: a grinning newsboy with a bundle of papers and coins holds a savings stamp up to a small dog, beside a panel showing a Minuteman statue and the words 'For Defense, Buy Defense Savings Bonds'. The tell is the pairing: the Revolutionary soldier lends his standing to the purchase, while an ordinary child buyer models the act.
