QUANG NGAI RURAL CONSTRUCTION REAR RESERVE FORCE PROGRAMME Quang Ngai province has contributed effectively to improving the way of life of the compatriots and to building unity among the whole people. The Rear Reserve Force is the core force of the self-defending people, taking charge of social work and rural security. After finishing the course, the cadres eagerly went back to the countryside to carry out useful work to help the compatriots. The Doctor Province Chief of Quang Ngai gives instruction to more than 500 rural construction cadres in Tu Nghia district who are undergoing training. The Rear Reserve Force of Tu Thanh village is also keenly competing to dig 'long-wall' trenches to stop the destruction by the Viet Cong. SP-1022
