琉球と同じ漁法で行う 米国漁夫 (Japanese-language poster distributed in the Ryukyu Islands: 'American fishermen fish by the same methods as the Ryukyus')
A green sheet with two photographs, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife trawler Oregon and a harbour of moored Ryukyuan fishing boats, a helm emblem and a hanging fish. The Japanese text says the Oregon built a new fishing industry in the United States using methods long familiar to Ryukyuan boats. The tell is plain-folks and transfer: American fishing is presented as the same craft as the Ryukyuans', with the CI&E/USCAR badge as sponsor.

Second caption and some kana read from a halftone-quality scan; wording is approximate where small. The title wording follows the printed ring text, which reads right to left around the helm.
