A Viet Cong Terrorist Has Been Captured
A horizontal photo-sheet (code SP-1137) announces the capture of a named Viet Cong man whom it accuses of killing 83 civilians on the Tuy Hoa-Phong Nien road by mine, including passengers in a U.S.-made bus and two Lambretta vehicles. Photographs show his face, the bodies of children and a wrecked Lambretta. The text labels the man 'terrorist' and 'bloodthirsty' and ends with a call for the whole population to condemn the Viet Cong.

A VIET CONG TERRORIST HAS BEEN CAPTURED The Viet Cong terrorist who detonated mines and massacred 83 innocent compatriots on the Tuy Hoa-Phong Nien road was captured by the 47th Regiment while he was laying his 17th mine. Following the orders of his Communist masters, this terrorist detonated mines under a My Tan bus and 2 Lambretta vehicles carrying passengers who were peasants and children. By capturing him, the army has eliminated a dangerous murderer and saboteur. This is the Viet Cong terrorist Pham Hoa, the chief culprit in the killing of 83 innocent compatriots. The innocent children who died a pitiful death because of the Viet Cong terrorist's murderous act. The Lambretta that was smashed to pieces by the mine the Viet Cong terrorist detonated.
