At Banks, Post Offices and other Authorized Agencies

Type-only blue banner reading 'At banks, post offices and other authorized agencies', apparently a companion strip giving the places to buy bonds under the 'Fight by his side!' poster. It has no image; the technique is faint, limited to the practical selection of where-to-buy information.
