Atta girl! You're doing a swell job!
Illustrated poster: a woman in cap and overalls looks up toward a helmeted soldier with fixed bayonet, who cups a hand to his mouth in a battle scene and calls 'Atta girl! You're doing a swell job!' The slogan below asks for continued quality production. The soldier acts as a testimonial, transferring front-line approval onto the factory worker's output.
