Authorized Construction, 1942 US poster: War Production Board notice sheet in blue on cream

Authorized Construction

War Production Board notice sheet in blue on cream: large outlined letters 'WPB' behind the words 'Authorized Construction' and 'War Production Board', with a blank 'Serial Number:' box at the foot. It is a placard for posting at a building site, and the only persuasion is institutional authority; the technique is faint here.
