Bottlenecks: delay delivery of supplies, waste transportation space
Blue poster with a bottle outline and the heading BOTTLENECKS, naming two harms (delay delivery of supplies, waste transportation space) and asking 'How can we eliminate them?' with AWARDS for your ideas. The technique is faint: the sheet is a direct request for employee suggestions, offering a reward and naming only two problems (card-stacking).
