Build for the future: buy Victory Bonds
Bond poster: a bronze wall plaque on a brick wall shows a relief portrait of George Washington Carver with a quoted line, 'Without vision there is no hope. Protect your country...and your future.' The Carver quotation is a testimonial, and the plaque's commemorative form lends its dignity to the 'Buy Victory Bonds' ask (transfer).
