Chiến thắng của nghĩa quân đồn Vĩnh-Chánh (Victory of Popular Forces of Vinh-Chanh Outpost)

A photo poster tells of a Popular Forces (local militia) outpost at Vinh-Chanh, An Giang, which the text says held against a Viet Cong attack. It names squad leader Nguyen Van Phu as the man who commanded the defence, shows the wrecked bunkers, a photograph of three dead attackers laid out by the wire, and a group of defenders posing with captured weapons. The final panel says he was promoted and given 2000 piastres by the province chief. A named hero and a cash reward are offered as the model for other militiamen, with enemy dead shown as the measure of success.
