Chieu Hoi Activities in Khanh Hoa
A horizontal photo-sheet (code SP-1968) reports that Khanh Hoa province has received 574 ralliers since 1963, with weapons seized, enemy soldiers killed or captured and a Viet Cong district medical station destroyed through ralliers' guidance. Photographs show brick-making and hairdressing classes, medical care, political study and a rallier in a flower garland before a rack of captured rifles. The poster sets reward, welfare and the enemy's losses side by side as results of rallying.

CHIEU HOI ACTIVITIES IN KHANH HOA The rallier brothers are taught the trade of making "Cinvaram" bricks. Rallier Ngo Thuyen guided the seizure of 34 Mauser guns, 5,000 rounds and 5 anti-tank mines. When sick they receive a doctor's care and ample medicine. Hairdressing trade class. From 1963 until now Khanh-Hoa province has received 574 ralliers, with weapons totalling 80 pieces of all kinds. A number of ralliers guided operations that seized 45 Mauser guns, 5,000 rounds and 5 grenades, shot dead 14 and captured alive 17 Viet Cong soldiers, and destroyed the entire Viet Cong B-9 district committee infirmary. At the Chieu Hoi center the rallier brothers receive attentive and full care, and also study politics to make a clean break in their thinking, learn tailoring, hairdressing, etc. 544 ralliers were repatriated to be reunited with their families and all have jobs to rebuild a bright and happy life.
