Reward Ceremony for Ralliers, Chuong Thien Province
A photo-sheet (code 3112) shows a ceremony at the Chuong Thien Chieu Hoi office where the province chief, a lieutenant colonel, hands cash rewards to ralliers, including 370,000 piastres for one who helped locate an arms cache. The Chieu Hoi dove-and-flame emblem sits in the centre and the closing line reads 'Return to a new life'. The sheet makes the cash payments the visible inducement.
