Come on fellows! The USO's for the U.S.A.
Black-and-white USO fund appeal: Donald Duck in a sailor suit waves four smiling servicemen toward a doorway under a USO sign with a WELCOME mat, with the line 'Give your support to the USO'. A popular cartoon character lends his familiarity to the appeal (transfer), and the arm-in-arm column of servicemen with 'Come on fellows!' invites the viewer to join in (bandwagon).
