Do with less - so they'll have enough!
Colour portrait of a smiling soldier in a steel helmet raising a tin cup, under the headline 'Do with less - so they'll have enough!' with 'they'll' underlined in red. The soldier's cheerful face stands for the whole fighting force, asking civilians to accept less for his sake; the base line 'Rationing gives you your fair share' is a broad fairness phrase.
