Buy war bonds (soldier and woman embracing)

Painted poster of a woman in a blue top holding the face of a helmeted corporal in an embrace against a dark red ground, with the words 'Buy War Bonds' below. The personal tie between home and serviceman is attached to the purchase request (transfer); the sheet gives no argument beyond the image and slogan.
