Fire slogan contest, 8th week's winner! Prevent fires B-4 fire prevents production
Fire-safety slogan-contest poster: a smiling man in an air-forces-style cap looks up beside a red brush-stroke panel reading 'Prevent fires B-4 fire prevents production', credited to a named winner. The tell is testimonial: a named winner's slogan carries the safety message, with 'Carelessness causes fires' as the footer.
