Keep us flying! Buy war bonds
A half-length painted portrait of an airman in leather helmet, goggles and parachute harness, looking upward against a pale blue sky, under the headline 'Keep us flying!' and above 'BUY WAR BONDS'. The 'us' puts the request in the airmen's voice (testimonial), and the airman's standing is attached to the purchase (transfer).
