Lâm-Đồng xây dựng (Lam Dong Builds)
A Vietnamese-language sheet headed by the South Vietnamese flag shows five Lam Dong province projects: livestock breeding, a repaired highland-people training centre, a kindergarten, a well inspected by a general and the provincial chief, and a community fish pond. A central panel asks the public to cooperate with the Government's building efforts for 'a better and more prosperous future'. Only completed or ongoing works appear, and the flag and officials lend the Government's authority to the projects.
