A portrait photo-spread (code SP-985) shows a general in uniform handing a rolled land title to a farmer in dark peasant dress, with three smaller photographs of the general's visit, a crowd with banners and a speaker under a land-reform banner. The numbered captions say the chairman of the national leadership committee visited Ninh Thuan on 28 December 1965, was welcomed by more than 10,000 people, and that a farmers' representative thanked the government for the land programme. A named official's handover of title is offered as the proof of the programme.
