A NEW HOPE IN KIEN PHONG Despite their poor means, the people of the Don Phuc area built a small school themselves so their children have somewhere to study. Ceremony distributing gifts to the poor, Communist refugees and soldiers' families on the Vu Lan festival day. THE CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME HAS BEEN ASSISTED BY CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS AT HOME AND IN FRIENDLY ALLIED COUNTRIES. AN ASSOCIATION TO SUPPORT SOLDIERS' FAMILIES HAS ALSO BEEN FOUNDED TO HELP THE FAMILIES OF SOLDIERS IN THE REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM FORCES.
