CHÍNH QUYỀN TỈNH PHƯỚC LONG CHĂM LO SĂN SÓC ĐỜI SỐNG VẬT CHẤT LẪN TINH THẦN CHO DÂN CHÚNG ĐỊA PHƯƠNG Trong dịp đến thăm đồng bào liên ấp An Lương-Thuận Kiêm Ông ĐÈO VĂN NGÀY, Phó Tỉnh Trưởng Hành Chánh và Ông LƯƠNG VĂN TÁM, Chủ Tịch Hội Đồng Tỉnh Phước Long đã trao phát nhiều tặng phẩm như mùng mền, vải, quần áo và thực phẩm cho một số gia đình đồng bào nghèo. Ông TRẦN PHÙ, Trưởng Ty Tị Nạn Cộng Sản cùng Trung Úy Y RÓC, Trưởng Ty Thượng Vụ Phước Long hướng dẫn cán bộ trực thuộc chở tặng phẩm như gạo muối, dầu ăn, mùng, mền, vải tới ấp Sơn Hà (nơi định cư đồng bào thượng tị nạn cộng sản) để phân phát cho đồng bào. Đồng bào thượng ấp Sơn Hà I nuôi bò để tạo dựng cơ nghiệp dưới sự bảo vệ của chính quyền quốc gia và quân đội Việt Nam Cộng Hòa không còn bị bọn Việt Cộng tự xưng Mặt Trận Giải Phóng Miền Nam cướp của, giựt lúa như dạo trước. THE PHUOC LONG PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT CARES FOR THE MATERIAL AND SPIRITUAL LIFE OF THE LOCAL PEOPLE On the occasion of a visit to the people of the An Luong-Thuan Kiem inter-hamlet, Mr. DAO VAN NGAY, Deputy Province Chief for Administration, and Mr. LUONG VAN TAM, Chairman of the Phuoc Long Provincial Council, handed out many gifts such as blankets, cloth, clothing and food to a number of poor families. Mr. TRAN PHU, Chief of the Communist Refugee Service, together with Lieutenant Y ROC, Chief of the Phuoc Long Highland Affairs Service, guided subordinate cadres carrying gifts such as rice, salt, cooking oil, mosquito nets, blankets and cloth to Son Ha hamlet (a settlement for highland people who are refugees from the communists) for distribution to the people. The highland people of Son Ha I hamlet raise cattle to build a livelihood under the protection of the national government and the army of the Republic of Vietnam, no longer having their property robbed and their rice seized, as before, by the Viet Cong who call themselves the National Liberation Front of the South.
