Lực-lượng Đại-Hàn là người bạn thực của các anh (ROK Forces Are Your True Friends)
A red-and-black Vietnamese-language sheet with a Korean tiger-head seal presents five captioned photographs: a Korean-Vietnamese sister-port ceremony, a taekwondo demonstration, a crowd under a Phu Yen welcome banner for the opening of Route 1, ralliers receiving supplies, and a banquet for elders. The text says the Korean forces would rather protect one good civilian than kill hundreds of Viet Cong and that Communism is 'the common enemy of humanity'. The tells are the friendship slogan paired with a label for the enemy, and photographs presented as evidence of goodwill.

Translation is FRAME's own literal rendering. A seal line in Korean ('한월친선') is transcribed as it appears; its Vietnamese caption gives the meaning. Korean lettering on the ceremony banner is too small to transcribe. The Phu Yen banner is cropped by its photograph.
