Rural Construction Work in An-Xuyen
A vertical photo-sheet (code SP-1206) says the An-Xuyen authorities seek every way to raise living standards in the 'new life' hamlets. Five photographs show distribution of 6 tonnes of seed rice on 15 April 1966, 1,600 ducklings on 19 April 1966, 116 breeding pigs, and fishing-net aid to fishermen. Dated quantities and named locations are offered as proof, with no figures on need or on any shortfall.
