Save While Serving! Set Your Post-War Sights! Buy Victory Bonds, 1939 Canada poster: A smiling soldier in a steel helmet

Save While Serving! Set Your Post-War Sights! Buy Victory Bonds (army version)

A smiling soldier in a steel helmet reads a Dominion of Canada Victory Bond, while a faint civilian in a hat counts banknotes behind him. The tell is the ordinary soldier as the figure of thrift, which lends the serviceman's standing to bond buying under the line 'Set Your Post-War Sights!'.
