Raise the Standard of War Savings

An armoured knight on horseback carries a banner reading 'Raise the standard of war savings and your own security by increasing your deposits in Chorley Trustee Savings Bank'. The tell is the knight imagery, which transfers heroic associations to saving, and the abstract word 'security' joined to bank deposits.
