WORKS BUILT BY THE PEOPLE IN AN-GIANG The works that the people see here have all been or are being built by the people of Phu-Hoa village, Chau-Thanh district, An-Giang province, through their own efforts. The Government of the Republic of Vietnam provides funds and the necessary technical specialists for these construction works. The works above fall within the government's aid framework for people in places that have been pacified. The reinforced-concrete bridge for the people to cross has been completed. Another, wider bridge that vehicles can cross is being built. New classrooms have been and are being built in AN-GIANG
