Binh Long Province Develops Its Rural Life
A landscape sheet headed 'Binh Long develops the countryside' has a paragraph saying the people now work with the government on pacification and rural construction, with four photographs of a reading room, a highland school, a seed distribution and a steel bridge. Each caption gives a cost in piastres and a date between March and May 1966. The tell is the claim that the pictures 'speak for themselves', paired with figures and dates chosen by the issuer.
