This Time We Are All in the Front Line - Buy War Savings Certificates Regularly!

A crowned gold lion holding a maple leaf above a quoted slogan in white on red, credited 'H.M. The King', with a thumbs-up emblem and a black band reading 'Buy War Savings Certificates - Regularly!'. The tells: a royal quotation as endorsement (testimonial), crown, lion and maple leaf as national symbols (transfer), and 'we are all' joining civilians to the front (identity-fusion).
