CHÁNH SÁCH CHIÊU HỒI CỦA CHÍNH PHỦ V.N.C.H. GÓP PHẦN XÂY DỰNG ĐẤT NƯỚC Ông Tổng Trưởng Nguyễn Xuân Phong đã quả quyết về các hồi chánh viên : "Tôi có thể kể cho quý bạn nghe vô số gương anh dũng của các anh em hồi chánh viên trong công tác chiến đấu chống các cuộc tấn công của Việt Cộng. Kể từ năm 1963 ban hành chánh sách chiêu hồi đến nay những anh em hồi chánh viên đã tỏ ra xứng đáng với lòng tin cậy của nhân dân; không một ai có thể nghi ngờ về lòng thành thật, tinh thần kỷ luật và nhiệt tâm của họ đối với công cuộc xây dựng đất nước. Họ là một nguồn nhân lực quan trọng." Ông Tổng Trưởng chiêu hồi Nguyễn Xuân Phong ban thưởng các sĩ quan V.C. vừa về hồi chánh. Trong năm qua lực lượng võ trang tuyên truyền chiêu hồi đã lập được những thành tích đáng kể: tiêu diệt 808 Việt Cộng và bắt sống 93 tên khác. THE CHIEU HOI POLICY OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM CONTRIBUTES TO REBUILDING THE COUNTRY Minister Nguyen Xuan Phong affirmed about the ralliers: "I can tell you of countless heroic examples of the rallier brothers in the fight against the Viet Cong attacks. Since the Chieu Hoi policy was promulgated in 1963 up to now, the rallier brothers have shown themselves worthy of the people's trust; no one can doubt their sincerity, discipline and enthusiasm for the work of building the country. They are an important source of manpower." The Chieu Hoi Minister Nguyen Xuan Phong rewarding V.C. officers who have just rallied.
