Within the framework of the Rural Construction programme in the New Life hamlets of the education district, with funds from the Rural Construction fund and material support from the local Rural Construction support agency (CORDS), the Rural Construction provincial team has completed 1 primary school in the Tri-Dao New Life hamlet.
