Let's Keep It Flying! What Are You Doing to Keep Our E?

A woman and two men in work clothes, one holding a wrench, haul on a rope raising a red and blue Army-Navy E pennant over a smoking factory skyline. A white card asks 'What are you doing to keep our E?'. The award flag lends military honour to the plant, and the smiling workers in overalls and coveralls stand for the ordinary employee.
