Đồng bào tỉnh Phước-Tuy đang nhận lãnh phân bón hóa học do chính phủ cung cấp để phát triển nông nghiệp. Mức sản lượng lúa đã tăng là nhờ phân bón hóa học của chính phủ. Một số đông nông dân tỉnh Phước-Tuy chuyên sống về nghề nuôi vịt, góp phần phát triển nền kinh tế địa phương. Chánh Phủ cấp heo giống và cho vay tiền chăn nuôi, đem lại nguồn lợi tức phong phú cho nông dân ... Chương trình cưỡng bách Giáo dục của chính phủ đang thực hiện, để nâng cao trình độ văn hóa của nhân dân.
PICTURE OF THE NEW LIFE, PHUOC-TUY PROVINCE. Showing the democratic spirit, the people of Phuoc-Tuy province cast ballots to choose worthy representatives for the people. The people of Phuoc-Tuy province are receiving chemical fertiliser supplied by the government to develop agriculture. The increased rice yield is thanks to the government's chemical fertiliser. Many farmers of Phuoc-Tuy province live by duck raising, contributing to the development of the local economy. The Government supplies breeding pigs and lends money for raising them, bringing abundant income to farmers ... The government's compulsory education programme is being carried out to raise the cultural level of the people.
