Revolutionary Development Comes to Bac Lieu
A portrait-format photo sheet (code SP-1386) headed 'Rural Development at Bac Lieu' shows cadres repairing a hamlet bridge, villagers queuing at a new well and a poor family receiving a piglet to raise. The central text says the provincial government 'always lifts up the life of the compatriots by every means' under the Rural Construction programme. The sheet pairs a one-line promise with three photographed deliveries.
