The Spirit of Determination of Ralliers in Lam-Dong
A sheet with four photographs says that a Lam Dong Chieu Hoi centre was destroyed by a Viet Cong mine and that ralliers are rebuilding it. Photos show men raising a timber frame, ralliers and two foreign men standing before the centre's sign, and a wreck of corrugated iron and timber. The slogan 'Hoi Chanh is the road back to the just cause' closes the sheet; the tell is the before-and-after pairing, with the ralliers' labour offered as proof that the Viet Cong are failing.

THE SPIRIT OF DETERMINATION OF THE RALLIERS IN LAM-DONG Some months ago the Chieu Hoi Centre was destroyed by the Viet Cong with a mine. The rallier brothers resolved to rebuild the Centre more beautifully than before. The unity of purpose of the rallier brothers is clear proof of the Viet Cong's failure. The ralliers build a new Chieu Hoi centre with their own hands in Lam-Dong. The rallier brothers in front of the Chieu Hoi centre. This is the ruined scene of the old Chieu Hoi centre after the Viet Cong destroyed it. This scene speaks of the cruelty of the enemy of the nation, who are now being defeated on every battlefield.
