Come on gang, all out for Uncle Sam (Mickey Mouse)
Mickey Mouse waves a 48-star flag over the words 'Come on Gang - all out for Uncle Sam'. The footer reads 'Buy United States Defense Bonds and Savings Stamps'. The tells are the cartoon speaker and the 'gang' phrasing, which invite the reader to join a group effort, ending in a bond-buying request.
