Say yes: take your change in War Stamps (sailor)
Counter card with a smiling sailor in white cap and blue collar giving a thumbs-up beside the script words 'Say Yes' and 'Take your change in War Stamps'. The servicemen figure acts as a friendly endorser of a small purchase made with spare change at the shop counter (testimonial, plain-folks).
