Say yes: take your change in War Stamps (soldier in helmet)
Counter card with a smiling soldier in a steel helmet and moustache giving a thumbs-up beside the script words 'Say Yes' and 'Take your change in War Stamps'. As with the sailor version, a serviceman figure stands in as friendly endorser of spending spare change on stamps (testimonial, plain-folks).
